The Lilongwe Water Board (LWB) wishes to review some aspects of its existing tariffs to assess their impact on the expansion of its water supply services through the Diamphwe Dam project. We have been engaged to review the existing tariff and to carry out a willingness/ability to pay survey, plus make recommendations on a future tariff structure.
