All human beings should be treated with dignity, fairness, and respect, and ECA is committed to upholding fundamental human rights. ECA does not use or condone the use of slave labour, nor will we tolerate the procurement of any other form of human trafficking, nor the degrading treatment of individuals, including their employment in unsafe working conditions.
