Marta became a part of ECA in October 2023, following her tenure at Vivid Economics within McKinsey&Co. There, her main areas of focus were sustainable and nature finance, evaluating the investment needs for Nationally Determined Contributions, and assessing climate-related risks in the healthcare industry.

Marta holds a master’s degree in International Economic Policy from the Paris Institute of Political Studies and a BSc in Politics and Economics from the University of Leeds. Her studies during her BSc centred on Development Economics, with an emphasis on Global Health and the intricacies of Public-Private Partnerships. At Sciences Po Paris, Marta specialised in Environmental, Tourism, and Behavioural Economics. Her thesis examined quantitatively the views and perceptions of Venetian residents regarding the 2023 entry ticket policy.
