ECA has been contracted by the Energy Community Secretariat to provide capacity building training for the Ukrainian authorities on transposition of Article 7 of the Energy Efficiency Directive and design of an Energy Efficiency Obligation scheme. The work builds on ECA’s extensive experience in this area gained through several assignments both in the European Union and Energy Community.
