ECA is supporting DFIDs East Africa Geothermal Initiative (EAGER) to support Ethiopia Electric Power (EEP) in developing contracts for purchasing power from geothermal projects. ECA will develop a best practice model PPA and will advise how to value projects offered to it and assess the balance of risks between the investor and EEP.
