The Israeli gas regulator has engaged ECA to provide advice on urgent regulatory issues confronting the gas industry, as it aims to balance policy aims: the needs of continuing to incentivise major investment in its very large offshore gas discoveries; providing competitively priced gas to the country’s industry and population; and implementing an export policy for a proportion of the gas resources.
