Following a successful earlier project assisting in development of renewable energy law and a new feed-in tariff regime for renewables, we have been asked by the EBRD to assist the Kazakh Government to review the proposed new renewables power purchase agreement and develop a regulation describing the activities of the proposed new cost allocation centre and developing a cost allocation agreement for the fair recovery of costs of renewables support from all suppliers and consumers.
