ECA is conducting a market assessment for off-grid lighting and energy for the IFC in Togo. As a part of the assignment we will review the main opportunities and challenges for the private sector in providing off-grid energy services and products, mainly focussing on supply-chain and operation challenges along with identifying key policy issues slowing private sector development.
