ECA has been contracted by Agence Française de Développement/The Department for International Development (AfD)/DFID) funded Green Mini-Grid Facility, in Kenya, to prepare and deliver a training course to public and private stakeholders from Kenya’s mini-grid sector on the new mini-grid regulations and tariff framework developed by ECA for the Ministry of Energy and Petroleum in 2016. The training course will be delivered in collaboration with Kenya’s Energy Regulatory Commission, the agency with the authority to implement the framework.
