We have been selected by the Government of Peru to develop a suitable planning process in implementing the long term electricity and gas strategies. As part of a consortium, ECA’s role is to assess the merits of different public planning processes focusing on institutional structures, cross sectional decision making and centralised and state level responsibilities.
