Fiscal scheme to incentivise and accelerate the deployment of energy efficiency measures, Kosovo

ECA supported the Government of Kosovo in exploring and assessing a potential fiscal scheme to incentivise and accelerate the deployment of energy efficiency measures. The energy savings yielded are to contribute towards Kosovo’s end-use savings target under the Energy Efficiency Directive Article 7 as transposed for Energy Community Contracting Parties
