ECA is providing an expert to advise the Department of Energy in Vanuatu on improving sector policy and planning and facilitating investments. A focus area is on the potential to expand mini-grids to support rural electrification where ECA will be bringing the lessons learned from our extensive work on mini-grid design in sub-Saharan Africa and other Pacific island countries.
