The Omani electricity sector is going through a critical phase of transition and ECA is delighted to continue supporting the Authority for Public Services Regulation (APSR) in this process. Following on from our successful engagement with the APSR in reviewing distribution licensee price controls, we have been appointed to support the Sixth Price Control Review for the Oman Electricity Transmission Company (OETC) and the Fifth Price Control Review for the Oman Power and Water Procurement Company (OPWP). Nick Haralambopoulos and Fred Beelitz are leading the assignment.
