ECA, together with BRE, is furthering support previously provided to BA-Fed by the REEP Plus programme of the EBRD, in harmonising a subset of its legislation with the requirements of the Energy Performance in Buildings and Energy Efficiency Directives. This is the first of two phases comprising a detailed gap analysis and the development of tailored options for BA-Fed implementation, given local circumstances and the flexibility afforded in the EU Directives.
