ECA is supporting the Global LPG Partnership in assessing LPG demand in the greater Kinshasa region and assess the economic benefit of switching to LPG as a fuel source. We will apply our econometric energy demand modelling techniques and our cost benefit analysis framework for decentralised energy usage.
