William Derbyshire and Nick Haralambopoulos have completed a capacity building workshop for staff at the Malaysian Energy Regulator. The workshop, on benchmarking productivity and the efficiency of electricity distribution companies, is part of our ongoing advice on regulatory accounts audit and review of electricity tariffs.
