ECA, together with WSUP Advisory and Aquaconsult, has been selected to assist and support the Lusaka Water and Sewerage Company in developing its onsite sanitation and faecal sludge management market and business plan. ECA is leading the political economy assessment and financial analysis of various options for onsite sanitation market models. We will then contribute to the design of market and contractual structure of onsite sanitation service provision, and will assist in the development of the FSM business plan based on selected structure. ECA will also participate in consultative workshops and discussions with LWSC and other stakeholders.
