This month we welcome another new consultant to ECA, Alexis Pramagioulis, an economist with 30 years’ experience in energy sector consulting projects including; electricity market restructuring, operation and regulation, investment project appraisal, plus energy planning and policy development. Prior to joining us, Alexis worked with LDK Consultants, leading the company’s specialised team on energy sector economics and regulation.
