ECA has been contracted by the Consumer Council for Water for England and Wales to assist it in preparing for Ofwat’s 2019 Price Review. This ‘setting the scene’ assignment will review activity in the water sector since PR14, focusing on historic and anticipated changes in market conditions and regulations, water company financing and corporate transactions, plus investor expectations around risk.
