This month we are delighted to welcome Martin Siner to ECA. An economist with over 20 years’ experience, including 4 years’ in the London Business School’s Economics Department, Martin has worked extensively on the economic regulation of the electricity, gas and water sectors for governments, regulators and regulated companies.
