The World Bank has selected ECA and MJMEnergy to develop a gas sector reform roadmap for Pakistan to help address its critical lack of supplies to meet expanding demand. The focus is on the restructuring of gas transmission and distribution segments and the development of a complementary regulatory framework. Lasting 6 months, the assignment sees ECA build on its long standing experience in Pakistan’s energy sector.
