ECA has been appointed by the Authority for Public Services Regulation to provide economic support for the price control reviews of the Main Interconnected System (MIS) Distribution and Supply companies (D&S-PCR6), Dhofar Power Company (DPC-PCR4), and Rural Area Electricity Company (RAEC-PCR5).  The support, being provided until December 2021, covers the form and duration of the price controls, incentive mechanisms, the assessment of operating expenditure and financial issues.
