ECA is leading a renewable energy project in Mozambique with 2 major components; (1) Implementation of the new Feed-in Tariff (FiT) regime for on-grid renewable energy, (2) Creation of a regulatory framework for mini-grids. We will coordinate deliverables from technical partners (3E and Carbon Africa) while ourselves developing standardised power purchase agreements for on-grid generators and providing a mini-grid tariff structure and model.
