The Consumer Council for Northern Ireland (CCNI) has contracted ECA to review the Utility Regulator (UR)’s Draft Determination of Northern Ireland Electricity’s transmission and distribution network price controls. ECA will support CCNI in its role to protect and safeguard consumers’ interests by identifying and analysing proposals in the Draft Determination that could have materially adverse consequences for consumers.
