ECA has been selected to continue supporting the USAID REPOWER program supporting the Government, Regulator and System Operator in Kosovo to implement the new laws aimed at market opening and competition and integration into the regional electricity market. First steps will include Kosovo participation in the proposed Albania Power Exchange.
