ECA has been appointed by the Greek energy regulator, RAE, to review and update the allowed revenue methodology for the Greek electricity distribution network to ensure that it is ‘fit for purpose’, that is, it operates as intended, it is internally consistent and provides an unambiguous framework and incentives for efficient investment and operation.
