Adrian holds an MSc in Local Economic Development from the London School of Economics and a BA(Hons) in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from the University of Manchester where he wrote dissertations on the development strategy of Preston and the effects of dollarization in Ecuador. He is a native Spanish speaker and has previously worked as a Monitoring and Evaluation intern at the Department for International Development, where he participated in data cleaning and data analysis projects.
