We’re thrilled to welcome three fantastic new colleagues to ECA! Their backgrounds and expertise will be a strong addition to our work at ECA, and we’re glad to have them join us.
Nick Harris joined us in April after completing his MSc in Economic History at the London School of Economics. With a background spanning enterprise leadership and geopolitical risk, and research into the macroeconomic effects of natural resource use and regulation, Nick is excited to dive into the wide range of projects we work on here at ECA.
Mehak Vohra became part of the team in August, also joining from LSE where she specialised in quantitative economics and econometrics. She has researched international trade, industrial and environmental policy, and explored the impact of Chinese import competition on U.S. manufacturing in her dissertation. With her strong skills in quantitative modelling and policy analysis, Mehak is looking forward to applying her expertise in new and challenging contexts.
Tara McNally also joined in August, bringing valuable experience from EirGrid, Ireland’s Transmission System Operator. She has worked across wholesale markets, long-duration storage design, and regulatory submissions, most recently as a Regulatory Economist on EirGrid’s price control work. With her strong grounding in economics and political science from Trinity College Dublin, Tara is eager to contribute her experience in energy markets to the team at ECA.
We’re pleased to have Nick, Mehak, and Tara on board — please join us in giving them the warmest of welcomes as they begin their journey with us at ECA.
