ECA supported the World Bank and the Government of The Gambia in creating enabling frameworks for the implementation of the National Energy Efficiency Strategy of the country. Work included defining institutional arrangements, financial support mechanism design, a gender gap analysis, defining capacity building needs, and drafting a new primary Law on Energy Efficiency.
