Earlier this month, Ofgem published its RIIO-2 Final Determinations for the electricity and gas transmission and gas distribution sectors, and the electricity system operator. ECA, as part of a CEPA-led consortium that also includes AFRY, Gridlines and ChandlerKBS, supported Ofgem throughout the RIIO-2 process, including with the review of the responses received to the Draft Determinations. ECA’s experts have provided advice and assistance on various aspects, with particular focus on benchmarking and cost assessment.
