We are delighted to announce that David Williams will be joining the ECA Board of Directors as of September 2020. David has been with ECA since 2013 and has helped grow our energy efficiency and low carbon policy streams. As Director he will lead our decarbonisation policy service line encompassing renewable energy integration, energy efficiency and low carbon strategies.
