ECA was very pleased to lead a workshop on Centralised Energy Efficiency Financing Mechanisms for the Energy Community’s Energy Efficiency Coordination Group (EECG) in Vienna. The workshop discussed the Policy Guidelines currently being developed by ECA on the subject as part of its Regional Energy Efficiency Programme (REEP) Plus Policy Dialogue framework contract with the EBRD. Views and feedback were sought from participants based on their own experience with such mechanism in order to help inform the Guidelines.
