ECA is continuing its engagement in Lebanon by supporting the Government in drafting an Energy Policy White Paper. We are building on our experience in the electricity sector where we are advising on tariff design and in the gas sector, where we supported Lebanese Petroleum Administration (LPA) in the development of a gas market and infrastructure development plan in 2017.
