The European Bank of Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) has published its energy sector strategy 2019-2023 for public consultation here. ECA has supported the Bank in parts of the underlying analysis by developing a regional electricity dispatch model for the West Balkan region. This helped quantify the impact of different power generation  development paths on cross border flows, unmet demand and CO2 impacts.
