ECA is beginning a project for the Zimbabwe Energy Regulatory Authority (ZERA) to develop cost benchmarks for renewable energy generation projects, with a particular focus on solar and hydro Independent Power Producers (IPPs). The work will include developing an investor cashflow model that calculates levelised costs / feed-in tariffs.
