ECA has been awarded a contract with the Energy Regulation Board in Zambia to prepare a comprehensive cost-of-service electricity tariff study. The work also entails the preparation of long-term investment plans for generation and transmission. Zambia is one of the key members of the Southern African Power Pool (SAPP) and trade will be a key component of the analysis.
