We have been appointed to provide support and capacity-building in the economic and financial due diligence of a series of major investment projects to be carried out by EVN HCMC, the Power Corporation (distribution company) serving Ho Chi Minh City. The projects will be funded by a multi-year loan from the Asian Development Bank. This is the most recent engagement of ECA with Vietnam’s expanding electricity industry which is successfully meeting demand growth exceeding 10% annually.
