ECA is to provide the Independent Public Business Corporation (IPBC) with a high-level review of draft Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) with Independent Power Producers (IPPs). This will include analysis of the PPA terms; a review of charges; comparative costs for relevant power generation technologies and a summary of our analysis.
