The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) has invited ECA to draft a commercial procedure for procurement of ancillary services, including costs and revenues calculation for LFC reserves/energy and congestion management including all procedures required for implementation of the Inter TSO Agreement, signed between the Transmission System and Market Operators of Kosovo (KOSTT) and Serbia (EMS).
