The European bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), have contracted ECA to continue in our support of the Energy Regulatory Agency of Montenegro, in the process of implementing performance-based incentives for the regulation of network entities. The work includes recommending and helping implement proposed revenue at risk structures for incentivising improved quality of service, with a focus on reducing the level of network interruptions experienced by consumers.
