ECA is part of a team that is preparing a transmission development plan for Fiji’s largest island, Viti Levu. The plan will be prepared for Energy Fiji Limited (formerly Fiji Electricity Authority) and is being funded by the European Investment Bank. The work will include drafting a set of bidding documents for specific transmission development projects.
