ECA celebrated ‘Time to Talk’ day by holding a “Pot Luck Lunch” to raise awareness around mental health. Everyone baked\fried\roasted\procured their favourite food dish and a good chat was had by all. As one in four of us experience mental health needs at some point, it is likely you’re already working with people that may need your support. At ECA, the management team has always made considerable effort to support its employees. The ‘Time to Talk’ Pot Luck Lunch was a great way to bring the team together and openly discuss mental health issues, tackle the stigma and break the silence. We’re already looking forward to our next get together.
