ECA has been asked to provide support to Malawi’s national electricity utility, ESCOM, in the preparation and submission to the regulator (MERA) of its multi-year tariff covering the four-year control period 2018-2022. We had previously helped with a framework for outturn adjustments within the control period to comply with the tariff regulation issued by MERA at the end of 2016.
