ECA and its consortium partners from E Co Ltd are supporting the Ministry of Economy in Montenegro in the transposition of European Union Ecodesign regulations. The work will assist via a market readiness assessment, legal support for drafting regulations, plus implementation of monitoring, verification and enforcement protocols. This assignment is supported by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) through its West Balkan Regional Energy Efficiency Programme.
