ECA is assisting CDC in its pre-feasibility analysis of a potential investment in Virunga SPRL. Virunga is in the early stages of developing almost 100 MW of hydropower to supply power to communities in the Eastern Democratic Republic of Congo. ECA is working alongside the investment team from CDC to develop a profile of the potential demand for power from the area around the hydropower sites.
