ECA is developing a financing model for Nigeria’s newly privatised electricity distribution companies. The model will be used by the Federal electricity regulator and potential investors to assess the risks and returns of investment in the 11 electricity distribution companies in Nigeria, supported by the regulator’s tariff allowances under the multi-year tariff order.
