ECA contributes to bi-annual publication ‘Focus on Energy’ of the energy and infrastructure practice group of ECA’s long standing partners Karanovic/Nilkolic. The publication provides a comprehensive overview of the energy sector trends in the West Balkans. ECA’s chapter ( Chapter 12) focuses on the opportunities for a regional gas market and integrated gas infrastructure development in light of recent large scale project developments in the wider region. It sets out a concrete gas to power infrastructure development based on a PPP consortium approach.
