The Northern Ireland Utility Regulator has sought further support from ECA to assist the Electricity team with implementation of the Competition Commission’s final determination on Northern Ireland Electricity Ltd’s price control conditions. The anticipated scope of the assignment is to provide expert advice/review regarding required licence modifications; provide support for drafting regulatory reporting templates; and finalise the development of regulatory models for the purposes of monitoring compliance against requirements and calculating the associated maximum allowed revenue.
