ECA’s objective is to aid development of DFID support to Big Results Now (BRN) implementation in the gas and power sector in Tanzania. The aim is to develop an initial proposal for an Energy and Gas Sector financial aid programme and scope technical assistance required by the Ministry of Energy and Minerals (MEM). The objective of this study is to recommend one option and provide the basis for a DFID business case for support to MEM on BRN delivery in the energy sector.
