ECA, together with Petroleum Development Consultants, is providing support to the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs (Bappenas) and the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources on the preparation of Presidential and Ministerial decrees implementing the recommendations developed during a preceding assignment. The new decrees will establish a benchmark pricing system for gas sales to the domestic market, a new framework for tendering gas infrastructure projects for development on a PPP basis and a set of rules and processes coordinating gas infrastructure planning. The assignment is funded by Australian Aid through the Indonesian Infrastructure Initiative (Indii).
